Your studio comes standard with pre-finished baltic birch plywood minimalist window trim.
*UPGRADE - Solid Douglas fir window trim with Scandic-oil for a natural sanded look.
Open-joint siding over a high-performance waterproof membrane. Our siding is rough sawn, here on our property from wind fallen Douglas fir trees, while supplies last. Otherwise, purchased locally.
Choose between natural stain for a true fir look.

Energy efficient vinyl windows
Your studio comes standard with a 5ft sliding patio door. You can choose to replace this with a regular solid wood hinged door.

All walls are insulated with R12 in the cavities and continuous 2” comfortboard on the exterior
